  2. You need 350 grams of digestive biscuits.
  3. You need 125 1/2 grams of dark chocalate.
  4. It's 225 grams of butter.
  5. You need 25 grams of castor sugar.
  6. It's 2 tbsp of honey.
  7. You need 55 grams of mini marshmallows.
  8. You need 100 1/2 grams of white chocolate chips.

Chocolate Marshmallow Fingers step by step

  1. put the digestive biscuts in a polythene bag and using a rolling pin, crush into small pieces..
  2. put the chocolate,butter,sugar, cocca and honey in a saucepan and heat gently untill melted. remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly..
  3. stir the crushed biscuits into the chocolate mixture until well mixed. add the marshmallows and mix wel, then finally stir in the chocolate chips..
  4. turn the mixture into a 20-cm/8-inch sqaure cake tin and lightly smooth the top. putin the refrigerator and leave to chill for 2-3 hours, untill set. cut into fingers before serving.
