- Prepare 300 grams of Squid.
- Prepare 1 of Eggplant.
- It's 6 of lady finger.
- Prepare 1 dash of Salt / fish Sauce / sugar.

- Blended all Sauce ingredients (added cooking oil until it turn into a Smooth paste).
- In hot pan stir fried vegetables for 2 Minutes, Set aside.
- in another hot pan Stir fried lemon grass until golden brown, add in Assam curry Paste, Cook until the initial added oil separate from the paste.
- add in Water, bring to boil; add in Vegetables, cook for 3 minutes, add in fish and squid Cook for 15 Minutes.
- Added salt / fish sauce to taste (add in sugar for Extra flavor).
