- Prepare 4 tbsp of olive oil.

- Set up aluminum foil to make a "foil packet" for grilling. (Alternatively this can be made in a covered baking dish in the oven.) Grease top and bottom of foil with about 1 teaspoon of olive oil each (You could use cooking spray if you preffered).
