- Rinse then dry the wings with paper towel..
- Mix salt, pepper and garlic powder..
- Sprinkle the mix to wings. Mix them well..

- Take the wings out..
- Sprinkle with the starch. Coat the wings with the starch..
- Heat the oil for deep frying..
