- Prepare 3 bunches of Kulfa.
- Prepare 100 grams of Mutton.
- It's 2 of large Onions.
- You need 1 of large tomato.
- Prepare of Oil for cooking.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.

- Firstly chop all vegetables onions, tomatoes & Kulfa bunches wash well three times and set aside in water.
- Now pick a pressure cooker add chopped onions, tomatoes, mutton, oil,all spices and a glass of water then cover the lid cook it till 3-4 whistles.
- Once it’s done open the lid fry well using a wooden spoon fry till oil separates then add the chopped kulfa drained well out of water then add only a cup of water stirr for three minutes then again cover the lid till two to three whistles.
- Then lastly open it and sauté till the water is absorbed then let the oil set on the layer it’s ready to serve.
