  1. Prepare 12 of Frozen bread dinner rolls thawed but still cold. I use the Rhodes brand..
  2. Prepare 2 of Lemons zested.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Sugar.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of Melted butter.
  5. It's 1 of ~~~GLAZE~~~.
  6. You need 1 cup of Powdered sugar.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of Melted butter.
  8. You need 2 tbsp of Fresh lemon juice from zested lemons.

Lemon Rolls step by step

  1. Mix lemon zest and sugar together. Cut bread rolls in half and place in a sprayed 9X13 baking dish. Drizzle 1/4 cup of melted butter over rolls. Sprinkle 1/2 of the lemon zest & sugar mixture over rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and sprinkle remaining half of the lemon zest/sugar mixture. Place in 350°F preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Combine and mix glaze ingredients. Drizzle over finished rolls..
