- Prepare 2 of Lemons zested.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Melted butter.

- You need 2 tbsp of Fresh lemon juice from zested lemons.
Lemon Rolls step by step
- Mix lemon zest and sugar together. Cut bread rolls in half and place in a sprayed 9X13 baking dish. Drizzle 1/4 cup of melted butter over rolls. Sprinkle 1/2 of the lemon zest & sugar mixture over rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and sprinkle remaining half of the lemon zest/sugar mixture. Place in 350°F preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Combine and mix glaze ingredients. Drizzle over finished rolls..
