- Prepare of all purpose flour.
- You need of yeast.
- You need of powdered milk.
- It's of warm Water.
- You need of margarine.
- It's of salt.
- It's of sugar (adjust to your taste).
Dinner rolls instructions
- In a Bowl put your yeast, warm Water and sugar to proof your yeast. Let it rest for 10 mins.
- In a separate bowl mix your flour, powdered milk and salt.
- Mix your dry and wet ingredients and knead for 15mins until the dough has an elastic texture.
- Cover and let it rest for atleast an hour.
- Grease your baking tin and cut the dough in your desired shape. Cover the dough for another 30mins.
- Preheat your oven at 180degrees celcius.
- Brush your dough with butter/ egg whites and bake for 15-18 mins. Cool and serve with your desired beverage.
