  2. Roll the rotlas and roast them on a iron tava. Apply ghee on it..
  3. Chevti dal (mix dal tadka)- Wash and soak all the dals for about 20 mins..
  4. In a pressure pan add oil and cumin seeds - red chilli and cut garlic, heat it..
  5. After cumin seeds crackles add the dry masalas..
  6. Add the green chilli, ginger and garlic paste..
  7. Add the dals, salt to taste..
  8. Add about 3 cups water and pressure cook it for 1 whistle and simmer for 15 mins..
