- It's of yeast.
- Prepare of granulated sugar.

- Activate the yeast with the warm water and 1 tbsp of sugar..
- Combine half part of the butter and milk together, heat this up in a microwave until butter is melted. Add this to the yeast mixture..
- Combine your sifted flour with the remaining 2 tbsp of sugar then the 1 tsp of salt, mix together..
- Add 2 cups of flour to the yeast/milk mixture, mix well (at this point you'll have a very sticky dough).

- Knead until smooth on a lightly floured surface..

- After an hour, on a floured surface, divide the dough into two then cut out 15 pieces all together from the 2 doughs..
- Mold into a ball shape, lightly pinching the edges together..
- Arrange on a baking tray or pan lined with parchment paper, cover with a plastic wrap or clean kitchen towel and allow to rise again..
- Egg wash and bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins or until they are golden brown..
- Brush with melted butter once out of oven..
