- Preheat oven to 180°F celcius.
- Heat butter and saute ginger,brown sugar,curry powder,turmeric,salt and onions together over a medium low heat until onions soften..
- Add mince and cook for 10 minutes..
- Soak bread in water. Squeeze excess water out of bread and stir into mince mixture..
- Add the vegetable oil,seedless raisins,fruit chutney,vinegar,worcestershire sauce and tomato paste to the mince mixture until well combined..
