- Prepare 500 gm of mince meat (beef).
- Prepare 1 of large red onion.
- You need 3 of no's garlic.

- You need 4 tbsp of Ghee oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of peanut or corn oil.

- You need 1 cube of beef stock.
- Prepare 300 ml of water.
- You need to taste of Salt.
Foul Medammes Dip instructions
- Blend the onion, garlic and ginger until fine texture. Heat up the pan with ghee and oil. Add in the blended mixture to the oil and cooked until the oil separate from the mixture.
- Add in the briyani powder, white pepper and tomato puree in the pan. Let it simmer for 3 mins..
- Add in the mince beef. Mix and combine.
- Add in the beans that already mashed to the mixture. Then you can add in the beef stock cube. Mix to combine..
- Then add in the water. Mix and let it simmer till the mixture thicken. Add in salt to taste..
- Serve while it hot with baguette or french loaf that already toast. Garnish with mince onion, slice green chilli, sunny side up eggs and calamansi lime. Squeeze the calamansi lime to the dish for more taste..
